Information We Collect
When you submit a loan request, we collect the information the form asks for: identity details (name, date of birth, address, Social Security number), income details (source, amount, frequency), banking details (routing and account numbers), and contact details (phone, email). When you browse the site, standard technical data — device type, pages visited, and similar analytics signals — may be collected to keep the site working and improve it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the service is offered to US residents only.
How Information Is Used and Shared
Request information is used for one primary purpose: transmission to participating lenders in the OlivFinancial network so they can evaluate your request and respond with offers, as described on our How It Works page. Once matched, a lender's own privacy policy governs what it does with your information. We may also use contact details to communicate about your request and, unless you opt out, about the service; and technical data to operate and improve the site. We do not sell request information to unrelated marketing lists.
Security, Retention, and Your Choices
Information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal compliance. You may contact [email protected] or (888) 660-6096 to ask what information we hold, request corrections, opt out of communications, or request deletion where applicable law provides for it. Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes may have additional rights under those laws, which we honor as they apply.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this address with its changes summarized plainly. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Questions about anything on this page are welcome at [email protected] — and receive answers in plain English, matching the rest of this site.
